Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: How much is carriage?
A: Carriage is presently £10.00 (£15.00 for 2m lengths) ex vat. We also offer Pre-9am, Pre-10am, Pre-12, and Saturday delivery, contact us if you require one of these services.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Orders are usually processed within 1 working day, and up to 2 working days. Orders are sent by next working day courier and require a signature.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 7 days for a full refund. Return requests must be made in writing. Return postage is at the cost of the buyer.
 
Please note; items must be in the original condition with any protective cover intact, and we cannot refund for custom orders.

Q: What if my parcel arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us immediately (within 3 days) so we can rectify the situation. Check items before signing for them (if a signature is required).

Q: Do you offer discounts on large/trade orders?
A: Yes. Please contact us for a competitive quote.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Please contact us for a postage quote.

A: Yes. Any off-cuts we have will be listed in the off-cut sections in our online shop.

Q: Do you offer a cutting service?
A: Yes. Please contact us for a cutting quote.

Q: Can I collect my order?
A: Yes, by appointment only - please contact us beforehand.

Q: What is the longest length you supply?
A: 2m (2000mm). Longer lengths are available on larger orders and may require a production run.

Q: What is the largest diameter tube you supply?
A: Presently the largest diameter we stock is 500mm, with a 5mm wall thickness. We can supply up to 1000mm diameter tube.

Q: Are your products food safe?
A: Some of our products are food safe. Please dontact us for details.

Q: Do you supply end caps/discs?
A: Yes, we do supply End Discs. These are available to buy in our shop.
Diameters: 20mm - 500mm
Thickness: 3mm, 5mm & 10mm
We presently do not supply End Caps.

Q: What material are your products?
A: PMMA (Polymethyl-Methacrylate) more commonly known as Acrylic. Acrylic has many tradenames (Perspex, Plexiglass etc).
